What Mentally Strong People Remind Themselves Every Day

1. Sometimes you have to do what's best for you and your life, not what's best for everyone else
Sometimes, it's best to do what YOU want to do instead of following what other people want you to do, the way you handle things and situations is completely and utterly up to you, don't let people dictate that in your life.

2. Never feel guilty about removing toxic people from your life. You don't owe them anything
If you need to delete people on social media to make life more bareable, then you can, you don't owe them an explanation to why you've done those things either, you can be friends with whoever you want, and you don't have to be friends with anyone who's toxic for you.

3. Sunsets are proof that no matter what happens, everyday can end beautifully
One of my favourite quotes, and it's absolutely true, no matter what life brings you during the day, even if you have a really bad day, sunsets are beautiful and they're indeed proof that everyday can end beautifully no matter what challenges you've gone through, remember that.

4. The world is full of good people, if you can't find one, be one.
Even though there's equal amount of rubbish people in the world, this doesn't stop their being so many wonderful people in the world, if you can't find one to be around (which I highly doubt anyway given there's over 7 billion people in the world, be someone people can aspire to, look up to and go to when they need help, ignore the negativity and focus

5. Let reality be reality. Let things flow naturally forward in whatever way they like.
Life is so unpredictable, don't worry about what other people your age are doing, remember life isn't a race, it's up to you what you do and how you do it and when you do it, some people are fast-paced, some people just like to take their time, both are completely fine, you-do-you.
